A pioneer to promote Chinese private economy development – Zhou Yaoting won the Hurun Report Lifetime Achievement Award

On November 27, 2015, Hurun Rich List Anniversary and Award Dinner were held in NUO Hotel Beijing?. HOdo Group Board Chairman Zhou Yaoting won the Hurun Rich List Lifetime Achievement Award. Hurun Rich List Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest award presented once a year by Hurun Rich List and it is used to give commendation to entrepreneurs who have far-reaching influence and powerful impetus for China's private economy for a long time. The award gained universal approval by entrepreneurs and aroused general concern of media.
“The Lifetime Achievement Award granted by Hurun Rich List not only praises the work of my own, but also sings high praise for China’s private enterprise development.” said Zhou Yaoting. As one of the old generation township private entrepreneurs in China, Zhou Yaoting started up business over thirty years ago. He expanded HOdo – a country-run small mill which is soon going to close down into one of the 120 deepening reform pilot enterprises designated by the State Council. At present, HOdo has been involved in textile and garment, rubber tire, biological medicine and real estate four fields and it is a large modern enterprise comprised of two listed companies and one offshore industrial zone. The group has made a unique contribution to the development of China's private economy.
